While we're talking footy players who surf, I've surfed with Rod Wishart out at Currumbin Alley. He's a solid unit who surfs pretty good too.

Thursday's gonna be fantastic. right now the ocean has that telltale bump of a LOTTA NE wind blowing out to sea. And along the coast the wind's backed off, which tells you that NE fetch is gonna go further out to sea and gain some teeth ... and the predicted wind shift to NW will come a little soon...
