Re: Where did you surf today ?

Left reef just south of the gong. Had it to myself but there were a few bits of reef sticking out, so it was like playing hopscotch trying to surf it. Soon gave up on that, then hit the beach breaks about half a klm south. Fun headhigh walls, reeling off left and holding shape the whole way. Only two...

Re: Ebay Bargains thread

No. I genuinely think he's a bit of a dickhead, simple, thick and obtuse, if his online persona and postings are anything to go off. which you could indeed assume they are.

Re: Another pointless volume thread/rambling

Never had a board yet that's had metrics written on "volume". But comparatively I'd be riding something like 35 litres for grovel/average surf, and 32 litres for good punchy surf.

Re: Ebay Bargains thread

Your not having a laugh, thats not having a laugh. You are demanding recognition. You really are Miffy, a proper simple cünt aren't you. Ever heard of self deprecating humour ? Which accounts for many of my posts. Of which that was one. With you, everything must be spoonfed and spelt out. Even then...

Re: Ebay Bargains thread

So what? You're correct but you keep going on and on about this like you found the cure for cancer but were ignored... It was worth mentioning once, maybe twice but really who cares. I'm just having a laugh. But you obviously care. Care enough to waste time replying. It's a wonder you didn't get su...

Re: Ebay Bargains thread

Exactly. Thousands of sheeple got hoodwinked into thinking its a one board quiver - perfectly covering waist high slop to double overhead indo. Whereas the HK seems well suited in clean waves probably chest high to a little overhead with a bit of a wall to open up on. And while it might "handle" sma...

Re: Ebay Bargains thread

Very early on I called out the ensuing hypto krypto kooko fiasco. And copped quite a bit of flack for it at the time. However couple of years later the anticipated culmination of where it's all landed is comedy gold. Good but not great board, versatile. Overpriced, considerably. Successfully markete...

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Ended up driving 40 min further south and scored some decent headhigh beachies, but I was hankering for some solid reef action. Looks like the swell hasn't really arrived yet. Or if so, it under delivered

Re: Ebay Bargains thread

This is pretty random. Anyone up for a board for massive bombie surf? Long reef, queensy, wedding cake?

9ft gun $400 in almost new condition by the looks of it.

Yeah it gets beyond a joke at times. I try to only surf it during the week. Weekends, I'm the fùck outta there off hunting quality surf.
