Big avalanche inbounds in Tahoe today at Palisades. One dead, one broken leg and two recovered uninjured.

Storm snow on a rain slab was always going to be dicey. Probably only the low snowpack keeping people inbounds that has prevented backcountry deaths.

That angle didn't do the riding any favours. Really flattened some very steep stuff.

The real estate stuff is rank, that video on Tom's Instagram made me want to vomit a little bit. But I don't get why people are upset or surprised about the ownership of Surfline. It's a tech based company and expansion plan- why wouldn't tech people be involved? I'd rather they have good financing ...
