Hey Iggy i was out at Wanda after my night shift on Wednesday morning... Very nice indeed... except for all the drop-ins i received.
A lot of paddling to be done to keep good position though.
Sounds like you got a few.

Re: The Surfboard Fetish Thread
Have a look at the time Lucky Al started the thread... It's got drunken confession written all over it... I bet you had you leggie velcro'd around your member as you were writting this Lucky Al. Most blokes go home and check out youporn.com when they get home off the turps... Seems like they need a ...

Re: First quad feedback
It wasn't dealing with Mark that I was worried about. It's just rear for me to buy anything off the net that i can't see and touch first. That's what i meant in that respect.
Anyway, there finally some surf on the point... I'm on it.

Re: First quad feedback
pretty much. I sold my 6'0 Mini fish the other day. Still got my Tuflite 6'2 M10 Hogfish for sale. Once that's gone i'll be where i want to stay for a while. I had a look at my quiver and it dawned on me that i didn't really have anything that resembled a normal shortboard shape. All my boards (as p...

Re: First quad feedback
I ordered a 6'4 Quadfather yesterday! I'm 5'10 and around 80kgs, i've gone with a Round tailed 6'4 x 19 5/8 x 2 5/8 McKee M5 setup after a good chat and a few emails with Mark. Hopefully young CP will be able to put some of his artwork on there. I'm living down in Cronulla, and this is the first tim...

Re: Summer Lovin...boards for mush
Jesus christ there's blokes on here listing a quiver of half a dozen new boards, talking about the next ones they're gonna get. Then in the next post they mention they can hardly surf. I fall (pun intended) into that category, and there's a good chance that comment was solely directed at me seeing ...

I know it's a long way from where you are, and probably not exactly what you're after, but there's a shaper up on the central coast that often sells shaping clinics. From memory he charges about $250, then supervises while you shape your blank, then if you want you can pay the extra and get it glass...

Daryl, you're right mate, I am a dickhead, but there's no need to yell... Firstly, i'm not deaf, and secondly, It's not going to change the shit pictures  Just relax... take some more pics that aren't so FUCKING HUGE and maybe they might fit on the average screen. As it stands i have my laptop...

Re: NO TOXIC SHIP
Shame it's not closer to the beach... get the best of both worlds then... Nice reef break when it's rough and a good dive when it's flat... No doubt it'll be great for fishing too once it gets some growth on it. Next thing you know, this bunch will start a group to stop people wearing suncream, and ...

Re: local shapers vs big names..
I reckon that's why Kelly decided to start shaping his own boards in the first place... Probably figured "If Al doesn't give a f#@k anymore, then i guess i'm gunna have to ! " the pics of the FAT Board suck... worst i've seen... nice blue colour is about all you can see... or have i had too much to ...
