I find it has a lot more speed on smaller and fuller waves too than my other boards. I also find this funny thing where if you go straight it's easy to lose balance, I need to keep the thing turning from rail to rail to keep it under control. I'm not sure, but I think it likes to have a rail buried...

I like ASL its funny appeals to my inner adolescent. And the poster girls are tops I like to put them on the wall at home so my wife can rip them down. Used to enjoy tracks until you guys exposed it as a sinister front for gangster localism. And I saw one too many shots of tow ins to waves that are ...

I run like a maniac to the waters edge to warm up my feet. Thats the worst part of the early for me, that and running back up the beach after the surf. A couple of years ago I bought some booties for rock jumps up north in winter. Now I always wear 'em for the early surf. Cold sand. Warm feet. No w...

Happy memories for me. I think I scored the best waves of my life in Europe. I hired a crappy little car in Lisbon and got a tent, did the spain to france coast, slept on the beach this was 10yrs ago now but quite a community of travelling surfers at the time. I was there for the summer. Crowds not ...

Go for it dude. I learnt to surf on an MR twinnie and on my 40th birthday a couple of years ago I took it out. Yellow, heavy but surfed like a skateboard on an ice rink! (in a good way) That lit a fire and I have since got a new 1980 retro model. I love it when its sub 3ft (no good over 6 foot). Pad...
