You mean those flyer plus deep swallowtail things? Never really thought of putting one onto a bigger board. What design features would you put into 1 9'1" perf board so that it can belt the lip, tuberide, but still get ten over? -doug Not sure you are on the right craft if you wanna belt the lip and get ten over but i would suggest having more rocker to create a board that can surf up and do...

Generally about 4 inches shorter than standard shortboard and about 2 inches wider but there is no rules at all for board design. Will shape custom singles, twins, quads,5 finners, retro shapes or anything you need for great price. Doing it for love and not bucks, been shaping since 92'. send me an e-mail or contact me. Mate, i have been shaoing alot of this style of board lately and would suggest between 6'6 and 6'10 with alot of area thru-out for stability ( so your transition from a mal is easier ) and go for the twin fin with the smaller tail fin ( fcs plugs so you have options works well ).
