Re: Northern Beaches shapers

Have a look at Dripping Wet he always has heaps but haggle as he can be expensive but if you buy he does sometime throw in leggies, cover, wax for not much. Sunshine would also be worth a look. The guys up at Wicks are good for a chat as well, maybe just shop around and talk to people.

I also had a Daniell, flyer pin single fin from memory, it was a great board and one I wished I kept.

Re: Magnesium ... good for ya health?

I have not had a cramp in the surf since I started which has been a good thing and still feel fine. A friend I know who is a nurse reckons you should take zinc with it but where do you stop. More research needed.

Re: places you will never surf again

Don't feel sorry for me, I do get to the city and inner west from time to time I just don't go to your beaches. I can always find a crowd and a beach full of boot camps at Manly if need be.

That left at Brownwater does get close to working but never quite there. I've never surfed Bondi, shit I've only been there once in 30 years so I doubt I will ever surf there again.

Re: Magnesium ... good for ya health?

Not sure how all of you are travelling but havig a bit of a look back over the last week and I have been feeling a bit chipper. Exercise appears easier and there seems to be a bit of spring in my step.

The health guru lady I work next too reckons it takes 2 weeks to see benefits from magnesium and if your body doesn't need it you will be on the loo with the runs fairly quick.

Re: Magnesium ... good for ya health?

Been on the tablets since Saturday and sleep hasn't changed although the dreams have been weirder. Also I seem to have a bit of a dull ache in the shoulder joints but not sure if that is a hangover from a heavy gardening weekend.
