I love Legoland...just saying Wingnut, your three categories is a bit light on mate. What about your high performance boards that are of pu/poly construction? What about Roy's timber master pieces? Personally I wouldn't call a FireWire a disposable board. They should outlast a standard pu/poly board...

It's a tough life up here

I put front foot grip on a board once in the eighties and hated it! The stuff gave me the worst rashes ever and wasn't as grippy as wax imo The newer tech material would be a lot better but the rash prob would still be an issue (for me anyway), plus i like the feel of wax I reckon a composite traile...

I had an absolute shocker of a weekend. I surfed in the yearly comp and Saturday had banks firing left right and well...unfortunately not centre which was where the contest was site. Oh well, fighting it out with guys half my age in a shorey which broke for all of 1.5 sec isn't really my cuppa twini...
