I'm scared of getting lost in the desert on some random dirt road if I take a wrong turn and then die horribly. There do seem to be a number of breaks north of La Pastora, but in the middle of no where quite aways from the highways
google maps will give you directions, also an epurb

If something goes wrong, return it to the shop no questions asked. I do have to pick it up from the shop though. I think you guys ream yourselves a bit ...

Re: that wetsuit discussion...

I tried the 3/2 thing in winter through Vic. Went back to get a 4/3 for the following winter. Doesn't get you through the cold days when you sit and wait for extended periods. Yeah I know. Might mean very short surfs. I'll also have a hooded vest and booties. Trying to find a smooth skin hooded ves...

molten plastic from leftover 9/11 jets?

Most of the time I leave my car unlocked with fishing and surfboards inside, windows down, radio on and keys in the ignition.

I don't live in QUeensland thud, it's pretty normal where I live to leave a second board on the beach. Why would live somewhere that you couldn't?

You wouldn't leave your wife on the beach unattended though, right?
Only tourists bring they're wives to the beach, boys town down here Steve

Re: Just general surfing stuff

I leave the door open on the car so the dog can get back in when it wants its own space, usually 3 to 4 boards in the car, I couldn't live in a place where pinch stuff.

Be good for trekking into out of the way places, you'd leave the bag and extra board on the beach like you would any other day.

Re: Strahan tassie

I know people that moved to Queenstown last year, they like it. Apparently you can get a house for 35,000. But what sort of house? Strauhn may have waves over summer with the easterlies blowing and zero swell, looks like a shallow beach. Having trial bay as a back up for when you get desperate would...
