But that part of the coast still faces the south swells, more than the Sunny Coast.

Yeah. But only at one spot, thanks to some sort of undersea configuration which focuses the swell and points it straight in.
Not big like you guys get but a decent south swell will hit here around the head high mark.

Uptick predicted for Wednesday.

My first thought when I saw this pic was, "blue sky?".
Second thought was, whenever I think of GSTK, this is how I'll picture him.

Third thought, there seems to be some resemblance in this guy to our Steve.
