Re: What are you doing Anzac Day ???????
...so the DAY to you means no mre than getting drunk and maybe winning some coin? you ignorant M0R0N ! have some respect ! Take a chill pill Purple, have you ever been to an RSL on ANZAC Day? That is what all the old and new diggers are doing, drinking to fallen comrades. Most mess halls are puting...

As an electican I'd believe you if you could spell it   Where's the trust on this site, I wasn't claiming to be a english teacher. Any way I'm sure that without doing endless degrees none of us can be sure, I think for the small amount of times this happens to me I'm going to take the ris...

As an electican I'd believe you if you could spell it   I would say that the salt water is extremely conductive and the human body is less conductive, the laws of current flow would take the path of less resitance. So you could get hit but if you were wet with salt water then the current ...

... So... Why hasn't anyone asked them? If they have what did they say? I'm sure someone here knows a lot more than me! Not that I really know but I'd say, every member of the armed forces takes an oath to follow the chain of command and remain loyal to the civil government of the day. Becau...

lightning rarely strikes ocean http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2001/ast05dec_1.htm That is a misinterpretation of this article. This is about the global distribution of lighning and the reason less lightning hits the ocean has more to do with weather patterns and factors to with storm formation:...

... The problem for me is if I see any politician doing their usual "support the troops" shit I may snap, take up arms and march towards parliament house. Those bastards have fu.cked and abused our soldiers over Iraq and I've had enough of them. May I remind those that have forgotten. Little honest...

Trust me Slowman, you'd have absolutely no chance against a top 45 pro in a paddle race, and none of 'em find the lineups at Bells or Snapper in the least challenging to negotiate. There's no "test" for them in paddling back out, it's just a question of time and opportunity wasted for both competit...

^^^ why would using jet ski lifts out the back favour Andy or Kelly?? And its not the paddleing out that stopped MP, or make Occ retire. That was sarcasm. Watch the clubbie events if you want a paddle comp, surfing is about riding waves... Is that what you think I said? Please, don't have children....

maybe they should have a paddling race to decide the winner A slight misconstruction of what was said! Equally then, we could eliminate paddling altogether and have them just ride a flow rider wave. I would actually like to see a paddle race between the 45 WCTers and I'll bet money the ones in the ...

...I've watched a few heats at Bells live over the years and even as a surfer, it is a tad f##king boring watching empty waves reeling off as two guys take 5 - 10 minutes (depending on swell size) to paddle back out after riding waves in the same set. A lot of people who go to watch these events ar...

I read the interview in the current Tracks issue with Macca and Sunny. They said they wanted to give an honest and realistic portrayal of the Bra. They knew they could have applied the white wash but they wanted it to be believed and taken seriously. BTW, it seems frightening to me that the SMH woul...

I think there comes a point where nothing will save you from a hiding when it is big enough. At that point I chuck! Only when there is someone behind me I try to duck dive. Sometimes standing on the board to submerge it as much as possible helps. When you get hit by 8' of white water and get swept 5...

  We start at Queenscliffe as often queens have poodles, 1/2 head up past Freshie through DY and up to Longy where SSR hung out. The other 1/2 focused on the Steyne stretch as much work is needed there still.  I think there are richer grounds further north....somewhere on the e...
