Big days at Burleigh were (maybe still are?) ruled by this little guy in his green goat boat.

I still remember cyclone sose, 12 foot and not even ski's were out there during the peak. But old mate in his goat boat was charging. I still got photos somewhere of it.

If its a big pregnant female, I would employ the uppercnut. Drive from the waste and really lift from your legs for maximum damage.

If its life or death, an eye gouge would be more effective than any punch.

around Woody head near iluka ... That is one sharky place. I've surfed there a handful of times and I'm always out there alone. It gets to the point where you actually want someone to paddle out and join you. To you know. Lower the odds to at least 50-50.

NC, do you have a novel in you? ie Plans to publish a fictional novel and target a mainstream readership? I know the logistics and demands of such a task are considerable, but I'm guessing you have a few novels floating around in your frontal lobe.
