Oh yes, almost impossible to get permission to leave (weddings and even funerals don't make it) plus the long queue for expats/travellers to come back here.

It really is coming Fortress Australia.

70mm of rain forecast for Sydney next Tuesday

My NB sorta looked like NC's break around 10am (hence the crowd) and then by midday all gone.

NBs, crowded with jobkeepers and jobseekers so had to choose a lesser break - not a bad end to the week.

Finally this week out at DY - better than it looked on the high tide. Tomorrow's forecast on coastal watch was showing 8-10 feet but now back to 4-6 feet. We will see.

Yesterday on the NBs along a stretch I hadn't surfed for years - finally a wave there.

Southern corner on the NBs - despite the wind a better surf today.

No mention of RS

Kelly just on nine news with the broken board story for the cameras - didn't see any murfers but lots of kids.

Avoided the rain but not the close outs.
