Do you mean the one with neoprene rubber around the rail, if so having 2 boards in a cover is stretching it out a bit making it thinner on the rail , how does that go?

I just made an 8'0" double bag that weighed in at 2.6 kilo, 270gsm canvas with 10mm closed cell padding, also I make them so if anything goes wrong they are fixable.

I'm surprised so many shortboarders hate sups, They are the natural enemy of the Mal and most good sup riders are shortboard riders and I must say I get great satisfaction working over a mal rider thats been stealing waves off the grommets, i ride one cause I never wan't to be one of those grumpy un...

Hi , i have a Bonzer that I got made in Hawaii a few years ago, very good in hollow waves bloody good in the barrel had it's limitation but what board doesn't.
