i've been surfing the point alot lately before work. It's really starting to occur to me what an average wave it is.
It’s fun for about the first few seconds, then it’s fairly boring cutback material.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

I don’t need to coach him. You on the other hand only surf reforms close to the beach. And you can’t figure out wave sizes. And are utterly clueless about what locations work in what conditions. You’re beyond coaching. You should just give it all
Away and embrace your alcoholism full force.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Well I’ve seen him turn and his stance doesn’t appear overly wide or anything. It’s only two times I’ve surfed with him. Each time in shifty overhead tricky beach breaks. He’s going well considering.

Is loof a poo-stancing straightliner?
He’s doing well for an adult learner. Put it that way.

Nothing much. Just a closeout that had loofy kick out in the trough in front of me as I was paddling out.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Then a late arvo session at north Maroubra. Burgery 3-4 foot left ripbowl. Overcrowded but only a quick session and still managed to get a few.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Not that close. A good five metres in it. Thankfully your leg rope didn’t snap, or I’d now be monging out at beanmong levels.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Cronulla beachies. 3-4 foot. a bit too straight on the lower tide with a bit of a shit fight paddling back out. Got better on the incoming tide with peakier waves and less water moving. A bit hit and miss but still fun. Managed to get a couple of barrels. One was a quick cover up on take off then ki...

Re: Where did you surf today ?

National Park. Consistent chest high left peak with the occasional bigger set. Still fairly punchy for its size. Had it to myself for a while. Only three others out beforehand.

Re: post your modern day sickness

I’m still yet to surf it. That last run of good swell would’ve been ideal but I was crook for two weeks. Next 4 foot plus strong groundswell and I’ll see what’s up.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Royal National Park beach break. Peaky swell. A bit wonky and shifty but with plenty of waves coming through and still reasonably punchy. Sets were a good foot or two overhead. Rights were shorter, mostly a chance for a quick cover up if you were in position. The lefts had a decent wall and bowl wit...

Re: Where did you surf today ?

South facing cove beach down the south coast. Double overhead sets with occasional bigger ones at the peak of the swell. Surfed two x two hour sessions and got a stack of waves. Left and right peaks. Wedgy, and bit shifty with lots of water moving. But some great runs when you got into position. Sur...
