Re: that wetsuit discussion...

Saw some sale wetsuits the other day, all chest zip. Why? I admit I have no idea how I'd get one on. Why change something so beautifully simple into an over engineered hyped up impractical POS? Marketing I guess Fair call if you're surfing in seriously cold water and it helps with warmth, but otherw...

Re: Just general surfing stuff

tarsier, worlds smallest monkey. i cuddled one in the phillipines. World's smallest primates Steve. Did he cuddle your thumb? At peak tard season, the above two sentences could be taken as having a kinky sexual meaning kunj. If I wasn't so tarded I'd paste it in the tard thread. But I have no idea ...

Re: Inguinal hernia, anyone had surgery?

Laid on the floor to see how it'd feel. The incision sites are quite sore with pressure on them. Pop up is a bit slow but it'll be fine, but the incision sites are going to be the worry. Stretching out also gives a bit of pain, as does twisting the upper body. Not much, just pulls on the mesh and is...

Re: Nth NSW sharks. Can they p!ss off already?

There's a niche business here. Crabmeats whale removal business, heavy machinery on soft sand close to water with poor site access, what could go wrong??!!??

Could also be a side business feeding Japanese tourists on the Gold Coast

Re: Inguinal hernia, anyone had surgery?

Bout 10 days now. The weird feeling of something in your stomach is gone, not really pain, but when I moved I could feel it. Only minor issue is bruising around the incisions, and the incisions themselves are a bit tender to touch. The bigger one just under my belly button is probably an inch across...

Hey there, Owen Wright. Sour grapes is never a good look Yeah. Neither is taking a bucketful of coke before the Pipe Masters and having a stroke but blaming it on a duck dive. The day that it happened Owen didn’t even paddle out. You've got pretty strong opinions about that incident jimmy. Don't kn...

Re: Quiksilver Pro France 2017

Totally. Some of those waves do a fair impression of wonky groundswell maroubra surf Those vids make it look like it could be one of god knows how many east coast beachies in a decent swell. I'd like them to show a reel of guys missing waves that suddenly fatten up, then turn around cop the set on ...
