Cliff I went in 1984 and took a fishing boat to Bawa and Asu for 3 days.

Is it true you can access both breaks via a speeedboat service from Lagundri?

Also saw beautiful pictures of a right hander around the point an hour that is now kaput!

Until I was 7 it was a seemingly endless number of snapped coolite's and excruciatingly painful chest to ankle rash. Rode a Midget Farelly Pro Champ from 7 til 10 and then my first fibre glass board was the ugliest green 6'10" gun that was nicknamed the gerkin by my mates. When I was 11 I learnt to...

Its a long way to go to settle for the quality of wave it is (or isnt) DL is almost a novelty wave in my book. Only good for kids to muck about on

I am thinking the photo is real Back to Kingscliff, there have been a lot of shark sightings along the stretch from Fingal to Pottsville the last few months. I surf the area most days, and was surfing alone on the day he went and also the day he was found. Just a few months ago a light plane crashed...

While Ben is right that the Goldy points have been a bit inconsistent - a little further south I have been getting an average of 3 very good sessions a week at various beachies for the last 2 months- mostly mid week.

No complaints about autumn from me

I for one would not like to see this become standard for all WCT events (because if you do Bells why not Snapper and so on). I think it would dumb the sport down. As already mentioned it would mean no one would have to use any nouse when paddling back out to negotiate rips or sets. More than anythi...
