Re: Where did you surf today ?

Ha Angourie locals, I think we've all had a run in with them! I turned up one day with 3 mates for a surf on a trip down the coast. We waited until about 8.30 to give the local morning crew their share of the waves. We were getting our gear on when one comes up and says "So I suppose the 4 of you a...

Seriously are you kidding or what! Your going a surf trip to a place where you might possibly get the best waves of your life and your tossing up whether you will take your 6'10 .
WHY are you even going ?

Re: Billabong Pro Rio

Judging was pathetic.......watching it and just scratching my head. Adriano did not beat Owen. That was the most retarded outcome I have have seen in a heat. They were scoring airs so poorly......that back side air Bobby did against Kelly was mental and they only gave him a 7.5.....just so weird. n...

Re: Surfing Sydney Airport, early 1960s.

As a wee young grommet ( early 70's). somtimes on a giant swell we would surf at dolls point which is about 300 metres south of ramsgate baths. I had heard of guys surfing the runway pre extension
i belive it did happen.

Re: Surf Etiquette in the Line-up

Put this suggestion in the never gonna happen file . What if the companys that have sold surfing down the drain in their quest for more dollars just put a simple message on every item they sell explaining surf ettiquite , what if the mags spared 1/2 a page each issue reminding people of surf manners...

Re: Ben Aipa Stinger for sale

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner. It is indeed Wayne Williams. An unbelievable surfer that could rip shit on a dunny door. Even if the door was still attached to the shithouse itself! A sadly missed, long time friend. RIP Crumpet. Clackerty? RJ?? RJ ! Sheeze no not that little pin prick Ron J...

Re: Ben Aipa Stinger for sale

And what can you do on a single finned stinger?..... 381modifiedsmall.jpg This one was made by the bloke surfing it, but it also had a step in bottom. It's not a great pic, but the stinger and step are quite obvious in this shot. Can any of you roosters ID the surfer? ( ... you don't get a guess pr...
