Three boards. 1. Your fav go to short board. 2. Your fav go to short board incase you snap the first. 3. Something just a little bit longer and refined for solid hollow days or spots you need to get in real early. If you really want to mix it up and are into riding different designs a small wave boa...

Re: Strahan tassie

Ive lived in most states of Australia including Tassie. If i had a choice between Strahan and even Burnie id choose Burnie. (or even Smithton, bit more hicksville but very close to Marrawah) Strahan and Queenstown are kind of edge of the world kind of places and very very wet, very cold and windy an...

Re: Chapelle Corby

It won't discourage potential drug runners one iota. It's just political posturing by a weak leader who is trying to make himself look tough to gain public acclaim and win elections. This situation is not unlike that of Victorian Premier Sir Henry Bolte who hanged Ronald Ryan in Victoria (the last ...

Re: Indo...is it worth it

An important thing to remember is that Java is colonising the whole archipelago, Javanese police in charge over a token local army barracks filled with Javanese troops and strike force Kopasus troops in charge . There are a few islands that would break free, but however have learnt the East Timor l...

Re: How to protect wounds from infection

Similar to my approach 1.(clean) Wash with bottled water, scrub if needed but only with something clean. 2. (disinfect) Squeeze and rub fresh lime juice into it (and let it dry) 3. (treat) Put a little Chinese medicine on it. 4. Keep it clean and dry for as long as you can, and if you go surfing and...

Re: Resort Latitude Zero

I have been to latitude zero once with my family and w e are very delighted by their service. Off season prices are really cheap and they provide excellent food and service with that prize, and Telesteps . You can go there without any doubts. Really cheap? Im sorry but i find that hard to believe.

Used both the O'neill one's posted above and FCS ones, over the last two years, both held up well and felt good design wise. The FCS ones have a bit of an edge on the O'neill ones design wise as have double straps (ankle and on top of foot) which allows you to get a real snug fit, only problem i had...

Re: Sunny Coast Wave Pool

Wave pools to me are like brothels or should i say paying for waves is like paying for sex.

I guess your got to do it at least once for the experience but its not something you would want to pay for regularly, and even if its good its not the real deal.
