That's every surf I've ever had at Dbah.

Had a work meeting at a surf spot on SE Oahu, East of Diamond Head.
3-5ft left hand reef break, offshore wind, nice steep walls. Just our crew on the peak.

Fuck I needed that.

Huie used to send me a bunch of fins in different materials and templates and sizes because I could give him feedback like Buddy's post above, and I'm not a great surfer by any means. Surfing the same board 2-4 times a week with different fins I found my favourites for different conditions in a coup...

I had an epiphany recently that improved my toe no end I was involuntarily clenching one foot, the back foot. I noticed one day a couple of years ago while wearing thongs. So I have trained myself to relax the hell out of that foot. And since then my rear foot turf toe problem pretty much disappear...

Waddell beach. It looked better than it was, the tide got super low and the offshore got strong.
2-6ft, some nice walls. Cold and a lot of duck diving.

Clove oil is a proven anesthetic, particularly for fish. Given the microbiome and interspecies communication, Steve is at least 11% cleaner wrasse.

Also has antibiotic properties.

Depends what you can buy, it's a restricted product but hippie stores and chemists normally have it.

Cleanse. It's a more powerful antibiotic and anesthesia than ti tree oil without the stinging.
Dilute it, otherwise it can be dangerous.

Get some diluted clove oil on there.

I didn't surf yesterday, it just looked sharky and shaky and cold. Nobody else out, an hour from a hospital, no mobile reception.
