My god - why are these guys in steamers. I never wore a steamer on the east coast the whole four years I lived there. Living in Scotland at the moment and its freezing - full 5'3, gloves, socks - hoods will be out soon!! Makes home (NZ) seem tropical. Not looking forward to heading back to cronulla ...

Yeah I got asked to send a couple of my photos of Shark Island in - hope they make it in the magazine (I didnt think they were that good). Im hoping to meet a few of the US crew when I head over in July/August this year

Jessep Have seen both firing - hard to say really cause both do have a few sections (Raglan starts at Outside Indies, Indies, Box, Valley, Inside Whaleys, Whale Bay, Pinnacles, Ledge then Manu Bay). Hello Stuart :D My worst experience was paddling out at Raglan 8-10ft on the sets. Jumped out off the rocks at Indicators in a break between sets and managed to paddle straight out into some sneaky 6ft insiders. Got continuously washed across the bay to the Whale Bay break, which is a good 200 metre...

As for me what???

I dislike people who think they are better than others or think they are superior for some reason. It's called the tall poppy syndrome and a lot of people need to be brought back to earth. Hell, its happened to me plenty of times.
