Re: that wetsuit discussion...
Yeah I was the Buell test pilot for all my mates. They not convinced after seeing my seams go. Maybe the next suit will convince, first me that it is a solid suit and then maybe my mates will consider it. Love the chest zip magnet but wish they did the key pocket similar to the O'Neill. If the seams...

Re: that wetsuit discussion...
Buell 4/3 report - Had the suit since mid June, fairly light level use, maybe 25 - 30 surfs. The warmth, flexibility and comfort factor is good, however, the tape over the seams is coming apart all over the place. Not sure if i picked up a dud or if it's common to the brand. The good people at Buel...

Re: Hurley Pro
NC I would love to hear your take on that final. Yes KS put some heat into those turns on his final wave but it was the same 2 turns followed by a few smaller turns. OW popped an air grab, into fins flare near 360, into solid cut back. Wasn't OW showing more diversity and still pushing each of his m...

A very nice looking one - if I had the money I would seriously be considering this.

Found this on ebay.
A little small for me but would imagine it goes really well.

Re: that wetsuit discussion...
I found this when I was trawling the web in search of different wetsuits. http://www.seventhwave.co.nz/How+To+Videos.html They Kiwis so maybe "zipless" is their version of chest zip. Anyway this gives you a pretty fair idea of technique and hey he uses plastic bags ..... I'm no kiwi but been doing t...

Re: that wetsuit discussion...
Yeah pretty stoked with it so far. Plastic bags to put on a wetsuit? When you put a wet wetsuit on or even a dry one for that matter. You know when your heel catches at the bottom of the leg and you have to tug or peel the wettie over your foot?? Well put your foot in a packet, like a packet from Co...

Re: that wetsuit discussion...
Okay first report on the Buell 4/3 Full Suit. Customer service from Buell was really good with Emily answering all my questions really quickly. Once I paid for the suit it arrived in 4 working days, that's really good. The Buell Website is horrible and doesn't do the product any justice. Plenty of w...

Re: that wetsuit discussion...
I just bought the Buell 4/3 full suit so I'll give some feedback too, still in transit. I currently have a 3 year old 3/2 O'Neill Physco II that is leaky and cold and seams shot. I'm a daily surfer and I do take care of my suits so it'll be an interesting comparison. If it lives up to it's reputatio...

Re: Where's the mal thread?
Hey all, I've been riding a log for about 12 months now on the small clean days from 1 to 2ft and really loving it. Now I want to get a slightly shorter Mal - a nose rider and was wondering which Log would be recommended. Currently riding a Walden Hang Glider - 9'6 x 22 1/2 x 3 1/4. It rides well bu...

Re: Mini Simmons
Hey ripper, It is a big range and it will depend on the rider and what they want to ride it in. Shaped by Jesse Watson - great shaper. I am 6'0 x 85kgs. Jesse is 92kgs and these are the dimensions he surfs his Simmons. A mate of mine is 75kgs and he loved these dimensions in waves from 1 to 3ft. So ...

Re: Mini Simmons
Hi all, I don't post often and I don't mean to post this here but as this is a Mini-Simmons thread I thought I would give it a go. I'm selling my Simmons as I'm resizing so if anyone is interested please PM me. 5'6 x 21 3/8 x 2 11/16 Modernised rails so works from 1 to 4ft. This would suit anyone fr...
