speaking about industry ripoffs; do local shops make any money any more? I heard from a guy at my local who works for a shop (retail + boards etc) that theres no money to be made in local shops anymore. All the dosh is going to the biggie wholesalers

I was hoping I could ask someone to buy me a parking ticket for Warringah this year as I like to surf at Long reef and freshwater. Of course I would pay and add an extra few bucks for your trouble. South Narra is a good spot to avoid that sort of stuff. Then again, the bank(s) at south narra are so shit now that it only attracts a few, who are spread out. Longy is a good place also

You both might be right. A lot of the majors have high profile ppl.. plus there's some sponsored riders with faces like smashed crabs. Perhaps it is just up-n-comers
