Lessormore that picture is all time. Can I use it ?
As for the boardies, Im very keen to see more feedback. I have never tried them but I wear wetsuit shorts under my boardies to stop the rash otherwise I get ripped up.Nothing I hate more than a red raw stinging ball bag.

Re: CURE time
I think the board maker should hold the board back until it is cured. It is also in there best interest as the bloke who rides it early will probably blame the shaper/glasser.

Re: Ripping off Dane Reynolds.
Would Kelly have ridden such boards early on in his career or is there less at stake after 9 word titles. And now he is taking a punt on different equipment. lets face it the results have been mixed for him in the last year. As for the average joe - bring it on. step outside the square and have some...

There is some desperate stuff going on in these forums. The reply's were creative and I cracked a smile. But desperate all the same.

Re: Local bullies
I'm with el rancho. Get back out there. Both my friend and I had our tires let down at North Narra after a local dropped in on my mate and at the end of the wave started yelling about showing some respect and I didn't even do anything wrong. Second time this year (tires) mind you. What sort of child...

Re: Bali, Compulsive disorders and religion
There is a church in Freshwater with a sign that says "Don't let the Christians put you off Jesus" I like it. Basically it says they are all fanatics but maybe there is something else going on behind that front. I'm not a christian by the way. But I certainly have an open mind and I wouldn't rule ou...

Re: correct paddling technique?
This stuff is gold right here. How come I never saw this thread before. Probably because I only look at the main screen current topics. My shoulders feel relieved already. I usually surf for 2-3 hours at a time but seems i'm running on brute strength alone and by the end I'm spent. I always wondered...

Re: How do you know what length to get your new board in?
If you can make the transition from laying down paddling to standing up on a longboard, I don't know that it is going to be that much harder on a shortboard Thats about the nuts of it. I rode a 9'1 Mal for many years and made the same transition. I know ride a 6'6, 19 1/2, 2 1/2 hybrid. Little wide...

Re: the surf whistler
I thinks its an insecurity thing. It always seems to be as they just paddle back to the line up and sit on there board and then presto. and a lot of the time they fold there arms. I think they are loners who are a little insecure amongst a group. or maybe be they are just happy. Wouldn't say I get a...

0-7 foot from some direction with potentially 0-35 knot winds possibly from a certain direction - I reckon. Might actually be alright, but we'll see.
Ahh this fence paling is becoming uncomfortable. (Shall I leave that open for comment)

Re: raps for tc
The older and lamer I get, the more I realise that enthusiasm is massively underrated -- and experience massively over-so. It's interesting to note that just such enthusiasm is what the crew seems to enjoy in TC. I'm with that Trev. Anyone who pulls the "in my day" line is just trying to reclaim th...

Re: Periphery sharks...
Saw 2 last summer amongst all the Sydney media hype of shark attacks. first at Narrabeen. Big splash and thrash about 30 ft away. I was turning to catch a wave and didn't even bother standing up as did the guy next to me. We both bellied in and on the way i said " did you see that" and all he replie...

Re: Where have the forums gone?
I like all the sights, and RS is just different thats all. I find a lot of the reports are a bit hit and miss (not all the time) but i like to read them all and generate a mean prediction. but i must admit it is the forums that keep me on the sight for longer than necessary (should be working) Anywa...

Re: A bit on the nose...
Longboarding is all style. 8) There is nothing more expressive than a sweet nose ride with back arch. I think it epitomizes surfing. Nice Vimeo Steve. I think he (Phantom) is a national treasure. I hope I'm that good at that age. I ride both short and long. IMO I think ripping is for short boards. M...

Re: is this the way ????
Yes, Great concept. When I saw KS on pipe last year. I knew exactly what I wanted for my next board. My wife won't let me though. I'll keep chipping away at her  Surfing for me is fun and that board looks fun. More paddle and less board - almost seems like an obvious thing. I'm keen when th...
