Lifting the elbow tip cured my surfing tennis elbow.Thanks. Also tip of front foot straighter along the stringer has improved back hand 10 fold.Thats a gooden. Saw a guy wearing strap on sunnies and gloves the other day in 3/4 ft (it was dawn patrol). Next step is putting a cup holder on the board....

Thanks lads...

I am looking at getting something a bit versatile. I surf mostly at Seaford but want to be able to tackle some of the bigger stuff, say 4' to 5' as well. Ive also got an Indo trip planned for next year.

I would apprecate any thoughts on which way to go board wise?

hey nick,
whats your take on kicking your legs at the last moment to catch a wave??
Ive seen other surfers do it but it doesnt seem to work for me?
