Re: Swellnet and the culture of indigenous rape

Re: Midlengths

There was a guy out at my local this morning on something looked about 7' (ish). Must have had some decent volume. He was paddling into things at high tide even the longer mals were having trouble with. And surfing well. Mine isn’t particularly high volume and the flat rocker gives it the paddle mo...

Re: Front shoulder pain.

I’m at radiology for a scan on the shoulder which is probably pointless. Long established I need surgery, but this time around it was first an X-ray and now it’s an Ultrasound. Probably back very soon for the MRI Clinical notes read; Painful arthritis left shoulder Possible supraspinatus tear I’m s...

Re: Where I have been

Yeah mate. The festival was good. Just had the QLD State Titles for everything from boogers to SUPs, shortboards and Longboards. [/quote Did you go in it trev. I would have just to have scored first point even if I did not progress, which I would not have, though imagine first point in a decent swe...

I generally check dbah after work on fridays.
I take a longneck and watch from the hill.
Only 80 out across the spread.
I’ve yet to surf there
I hate that place.
Always have.
Of course, it's not a longboard wave. #*!

That is a very nice looking longboard mate, great score
I haven't ridden it since my op. Been riding the Broadhurst.
But plan to go searching for waves with it this week.
QLD Titles coming up shortly.

Re: New Toy

You’d have to be pretty excited about that score. Sweet looking log Two months in and I'm still loving it. My green John Broadhurst is slightly smaller (And older) but the transition from one to the other and back is really easy. Those curves were developed to their optimum around '66 Trev , as you...

Re: Where did you surf today ?

It's a fun wave. Everyone is probably surfed out after the last swell. Haha. No mate. Ive been here since Friday. Just this session was quiet. For about an hour 😣 You see ten to fifteen out there when it's dead flat. Lucky you got a break in the traffic. It was drop in city at Bondi on Sunday. Luck...
