Re: General snow stuff

We worked at a family-owned resort for a couple of seasons back in the day. A couple of years later it was sold to a conglomerate. Season passes went from $250 to $1000, indicative of resort-wide price hikes Imagine if you could combine mountain biking with snow skiing ... you'd make a fucking fort...

Water is lazy?
Always takes the path of least resistance.
So. Not like Steve then?
Steve's like a great big horny spawning salmon ... nothing stops him swimming against the tide.

Re: Nth NSW sharks. Can they p!ss off already?

The ones in the news at Whitfords were strange. Middle of day, 3m tiger in knee deep water almost beaching themselves. 4 separate sharks in a couple of days People cleaning fish in the marina? Its a dog beach, so its highly likely that a couple of pooches frolicking in the shore break attracted the...

Shouldn't that be in the poo diary ?

And then you'll surf like Josh Kerr. On those bigger indo days in the vid I'd probably like a quad or a channel bottom thruster. Not many people could even dream of surfing like Kerr, but it proves that modern twins perform in the big stuff. I'd be on a quads for sure ... but then again, I mostly a...

https://youtu.be/1rBP5cTSTjE Derek Hynde on surfing in general and fish. Interesting view. Haha, so he mentioned getting Steve Lis to shape him a fish, which he "couldn't do justice to" ... then gets him to change the design, by adding more rocker etc, and then says it heresy to change the design. ...
