Re: Where did you surf today ?

Bugger Saltman!!!

Had very similar conditions/surf. 2ft/2ft+ with the odd set close to 3 ft. Clean A frames and we had it to ourselves til 7:30am when the zoo turned up.

Only other downer was the sweep heading south and shorewards meant you copped a few of the set a frame on the head!!!

Re: Jeffreys Bay Pro 2015

Surfed a local point this morning. GWS spotted near there just after I got out. Cops and boats cleared the water, beaches closed again. Head high point surf with clear warm water on a sunny day with no-one in the water. Can't pretend this isn't happening. According to "Ballina Shark Reports" on FB,...

Re: Jeffreys Bay Pro 2015

Well it's not irrational here. The risk is real. I don't think anyone's suggesting the risk isn't real. There's also a risk of your children getting hit crossing the road tomorrow but do we stop them doing that. There's even a much larger risk of them dying in a car accident once they get their lic...

Braithy, Peak is now owned by ripcurl and it's their cheaper suit so I find it very hard to believe that it's more flexible than a ripcurl suit.

Yeah swell was surprisingly wobbly this morning considering how groomed it was yesterday arvo.

Probably the two swell periods in the water this morning.
