Re: Rotator Cuff Exercises

I have had 3 shoulder reconstruction surgeries, 2 on the right shoulder, and the exercises/stretches prescribed are needed. The only other tip I have is limit the use of the shoulder. By that I mean no over-head weights, no boxing, no freestyle when doing laps, having said that, breaststroke is a gr...

Re: Josh Dowling Designs

Hey Josh,
Not that I understand it entirley, but the article on you in the SMH (online) this morning is interesting.
Great idea for those keen to follow the board production throughout the process. Great idea.

FYI
I voted as well, and like the others, another new board will fit in the garage easily.
Good luck JD!

Not sure where that spoonful of cement is going Tricky????????
Looking good JD and you're right you can't rush an artist, even if he is famous, but as Ric says.... "Hurry up Mofo" (I would normally never use that language).
JD, they are lining up, but I'll make them wait.

Mentawais, Barrenjoey, March 09, 2 vacancies

Afternoon All, I have booked the Barrenjoey (with John McGroder) from 14th March to 25th March 2009, but have had 2 guys pull out and leave me in the sh@t so to speak. In order to keep the cost down per person, I'm looking for 2 people to fill those spots. Its early season, not so crowded, good weat...

Mentawais Boat Trip

Yep John and the Barrenjoey are very popular. We booked the boat for a March 09 trip in Oct 07?? Crazy, but we hope the crowds are kept at bay by going early and with a good skipper etc.
Hope this year goes real quick!

Never really had an issue, although I went with her most times and because of that, we were not surfing within the flags.
She felt more comfortable with less people around her anyway, especially knowing that there was very little control with the board, with her on it.
Hope this helps?

Softies

Hey Freestyler, When my youngest girl wanted to learn to surf , we got a 8' softie and it was great for her. A bit hard to carry down to the water because of the diemnsions etc (she was 13 at the time), but steady as, and allowed her to at least ride a wave and creat an interest in the sport. It als...
