Oh yeah, it's a 6'0.

Re: Midlengths
Ta for feedback, that's invaluable. Extended review: I lusted after the thing for ages, then felt the disappointment almost within moments of paddling it out for the first time. It didn't have the luxurious glide a board that length should have, and if yr going to sacrifice that you want to make up...

Re: Midlengths
That's look so much fun for late spring/summer, weaker slightly fatter waves. I've been looking for something like that, been fondling Hayden Lewis Paddle Pop as well.
I had one. 7'0. Thought it was going to be the one board quiver of my dreams. Didn't work out. Had a handful...

Re: Nusa Lembogan and Keramas
For anyone who disbelieves the shark story, the new resort ( if u can call it that ) had a shark net on beach when I was last there about 4 years ago... Local guy wouldn't admit it was for sharks ... Chomped tourists bad for business...

Re: Nusa Lembogan and Keramas
Never surfed Keramas but done a few trips to Lembongan - it's not dirty compared to rest of bali, water is clear. A short trip into the interior will reveal a festering rubbish tip tho... Shipwrecks is shifty. Sucks in all swell on high tide push so size can jump and catch you out. Inside is possibl...

a dog scooting its arsehole along the ground to satisfy an itch
Thanks gstq - that's the funniest thing I've heard all day. Nearly spurted cheap red wine out of my nose trying to suppress a laugh. Toledos technical mastery reduced to some sort of desparate, all/consuming, shame.

I've surfed Uluwatu stretch about 10x. Never again. Appalling crowd, and apart from Racetracks, a shifty, lurching, lump of a wave with a good chance of a beating to make it even more appealing...

Re: Bali For Beginners
Yeah shearer's right. You can do most of it here. The Ubud elephant park is just a zoo. But there's loads of cool things about Bali, my wife describes it as India lite, the best stuff is when you get a bit off the beaten track. A pushy is a great way to get around if yr not too intimidated by crazy ...

Re: Bali For Beginners
