Re: Looking for a shaper in Torquay
In regards to reginalds point 1. that would mean giving RASTA surf co a very wide berth. ha Umm, DICKO is a very easy to talk too shaper, and is pumping out some good boards of the type your describing, reasonably priced, high standard of finish and he is always around bells if you wanna chat about ...

Definately worth the effort but i have seen guys have zero wave sessions. Crowd factor on the weekend is joke, just getting off at lonny boat ramp can be infuriating!!! Then watching three guys on every set kills it. Reminds me of snapper in a mirror, same amount of effort to stay on possy as at fro...

Funny where you see some board brands too. Kid at the top of the stairs at Birdrock this morn, with a MORE board. I guess it shows how dedicated some shapers surfers are!! 8) Watercooled is still kicking, that fuggin shriekin kneelo out at corsair rides 'em. And Sky is still producing beautiful boar...

I'm gonna say yes Fongles. Kelly often bows out of touring when he's not surfing to usual standard. Personal issues used to get to kelly back then, that was a tumultuos period for him, i seem to recall? My wife reckons Kelly surfs better when his single, but she reads more trash mags than me! I wonde...

Got shouted down last time i thought these thoughts out loud. Glad someone else is thinking along these lines. Often slaters main contenders competing in earlier rounds at certain events get sent out at odd times, dead spots in tide, lulls etc(my belief), making the heat and the surfer who advances ...

Personally I don't believe he has surfed those breaks at PERFECT maybe very good, but perfect no, but at 44 i don't want to give the old bloke an ...

Its been a very slow year for surf retailers There is a very good chance it was a turtle and that I am slightly aggrieved that i was in the water at the time, ...little bit furth...
