I leave my boards in the car all day...every day while at work. Best investment is a good quality 10mm tight fitting board cover to minimise any air gaps inside the cover that can heat up(I use FCS explorer covers).....& dry your board off before placing it in the cover to stop the "sauna effect". I...

All those amazing left hand point beaks you can see in Southern Namibia on google earth are located within the"Sperregebiet" or "Forbidden Territory". It's been off limits to the the general public since the early 1900's....since they discovered massive deposits of alluvial diamonds. There's no acce...

Volan is the chemical wash (made by Dupont) that the glass is treated with during manufacter..to assist the bonding of resin. Typically Volan glass is not completely invisible....hence visible rail laps / fin patches / deck patches etc....laps are often accentuated cause Volan glass comes in heavier...

How fast things change... only a few weeks ago "surfanimals" was raving about "2230"....& now ya gonna leave us . Got admitt that even though I love surfin in 2230...I'd never live there cause it's a shit hole...much prefer the quiet / family life of 2232 & the "each way" option of surfing either 22...

Dear Munch, I'd love to be proven wrong....here's an idea. You phone greg webber & invite him onto the forum. He should be able to tell us whether or not polyester webbers are coming into Oz from asia. And while your on the go...call global surf industries too. If I'm wrong I will be humble & apolog...

I don't know if you are aware that very VERY few "Webbers" are made by the man himself. Most Webbers you see around (polyester/glassed boards) are 100% made in Asia & imported by "global surf industries"....check their website. This is totally separate from the "Surftech webbers" although it appears...

Hi KymE....surfers ear aint no laughing matter. You are either prone to it or not.....so if you are showing signs of narrowing of your ear canal then wear ear plugs. The plugs don't need to be 100% waterproof...all they need to do stop cold water constantly flushing your ears out. "Docs proplugs" se...
