Best investment is a good quality 10mm tight fitting board cover to minimise any air gaps inside the cover that can heat up(I use FCS explorer covers).....& dry your board off before placing it in the cover to stop the "sauna effect". I...

It's been off limits to the the general public since the early 1900's....since they discovered massive deposits of alluvial diamonds. There's no acce...

Dear Munch, I'd love to be proven wrong....here's an idea. You phone greg webber & invite him onto the forum. He should be able to tell us whether or not polyester webbers are coming into Oz from asia. And while your on the go...call global surf industries too. If I'm wrong I will be humble & apolog...

I don't know if you are aware that very VERY few "Webbers" are made by the man himself. Most Webbers you see around (polyester/glassed boards) are 100% made in Asia & imported by "global surf industries"....check their website. This is totally separate from the "Surftech webbers" although it appears...

to answer your questions....firstly cleaning your ears will do SFA as far as preventing surfers ear. Cleaning the wax etc out may even make things worse. The problem is caused by cold water & wind around your ears....causing the bodies natural protection mechanisms to kick in...to protect your ears ...

The plugs don't need to be 100% waterproof...all they need to do stop cold water constantly flushing your ears out. "Docs proplugs" se...
