I have spent many years associated with Paparazzi and worked along side them on many an occasion, (I was a news cameraman) plus my old man is a journo who would count some of his best mates as Paps (don't hold it against him). Anyway, i digress if someone paid you $5k for a photo of Matt McConaghey ...

Try save a lil more and get one of those HD JVC ones for just under $2k. If that's one of those hard disc recording cameras you need to be careful about what format it records in. Worked with a company not so long ago that bought 10 of them only to find out the format was not compatible with FCP .....

personally at that price range try and find a second hand sony vx2000 A great robust camera that was semi professional a couple of years back has built in ND filters to help you get a better picture in daylight and has a decent optical zoom rather than a digital zoom that just expands pixels. As it'...

I bought a Subie forester GT (wrx engine) brand new in 2001 and i've still got it, absolutely nothing has gone wrong with this car, you can fit a 9'6" noserider in it diagonally and anything else, reasonable economy, absolutely loves dirt roads and goes like stink ... in fact she's yours for $18,000,...

i reckon you could do with an even smaller board, get a proper twinny fish, i'm 6'0 and 85 kg and ride a 5'8" , i would even go smaller 5'6" maybe and i'm of average ability. You could easily be on a 5' 4", Skip Frye style fish and rip it up. That doesn't explain why your board sux.... maybe it's ju...

i took a barely used Webber hand shaped board (rare these days) down to Aloha, when i got it i wanted the full stealth, so not even a webber sticker on it only a signature on the stringer. Shocked when, my mate Maurice at Aloha said i would only get $300 for it, i proudly pointed out it's under cove...
