I guess it also depends on the fin set up, love my swallows with quads don't dig so much with tri fin. Round tails I like with tri fins not quads so much. Did you have a square tail last time and was there a bit of vol at the back? I've had two, the one I have now like I just described and one refined with a super doomed deck and rounded pin, good board but not as much fun.

Batoes and I have had that convo before re: type of Quartet, he has a view.

Pretty sure that is a photo of him doing a bottom turn at back door. One of his favourite things.
