I am making no comments on the value or otherwise of these "Limited Edition Boards", but, for Fuck's sake some of you should learn to read!
The $700 freight is world wide and if you look at the details, it is just a default amount the guy has entered due to the weird way ebay lets you enter freight.

I scored the Board on Ebay and I'm hanging to get my hands on it.

Stephen Ashley has been around. He is an experienced shaper and good Surfer. His Father Peter is a long time Torquay local and legend Glasser.
