I loved Lacanau a few hours north, its a cute little town but summer is not the best time for surf there. tho i had a few good days there. also a few youth hotels to stay at etc.

if manly surf school do lessons at long reef and palm beach and sometimes collary, as well etc if he wants to get a lesson

you need to challenge their currently held belief about themselves, their schema. this is done through disequilibruim, and thus creates a new schema.
