Re: Shark Island Challenge 2009 Webcast

I went far northern part of far south on friday, DEAD flat. Got a few 2-3 inconsistent waves at a long hollow right south of the dulla. Went central coast sat, wind changed just before the tide got high enough for Marcus D's fave spot to shoot got good, then in changed 6 times before the day (and d...

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Report for Central Coast this morning said 2 - 3 feet. I've been meaning to say something about his reports. I don't know who does the reports, but 2-3 feet seems to cover any conditions from 2 feet slop to 8 foot boomers. Keep track of his reports, I swear it's true. 2-3 feet today? What beach FFS...

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Report for Central Coast this morning said 2 - 3 feet. When I arrived at A.P. head high to double over with offshore roostertails . Anyway a few monster sets rolled through with me on them. Had about 2 hrs of 10 second NE then a major swell change and the pump went with it.

Forecast 0 - 1 foot

If you hadn`t checked todays swell charts you would have missed the 14 second period South swell that pushed through cENTRALcOAST from lunchtime today. Forecasts were 0 - 1 foot, because of the stiff NW winds and even though that was the case, yeah they were pushing 20knts at times, a fast period sw...

Re: Where did you surf today ?

The early surf with offshore winds, I`ll never get sick of. Don`t matter whether I`m taking photo`s or in the water with it. I`ll probable see my time out at this spot in another 50 years I hope.

Fine, dry and cool on the Central Coast this Saturday morning. The swell is smooth and consistent at 2 – 4 feet + from the east. There is a light west northwest breeze which should strengthen later.
