I think summer trade and cyclone swells always favour NENSW and SEQLD. southern NSW has a really persistent onshore pattern. we've had much lighter winds up here. Maybe my expectations were too high. This pattern just seems like a good summer for SEQLD but pretty much normal swell-wise for most of ...

Re: Nth NSW sharks. Can they p!ss off already?

saying they are curious and bold, occasionally aggressive is not the same as calling them "one dimensional killing machines" I think Braithy might call that over-dramatic. Lets have an adult, nuanced conversation Coops. whites in the surf zone, esp the juvey/sub-adults we see up here seem to exhibi...

Re: Nth NSW sharks. Can they p!ss off already?

kunji different shark species behave differently. Tigers can be quite shy and v cautious around people, it can be hard to get them in close on shark dives - they'll stay about 250m out and circle, checking everything out, but never coming within sight range. White sharks don't seem very timid at al...

Re: Nth NSW sharks. Can they p!ss off already?

This is not a timid, shy animal. If you have done any research on shark behaviour, you'll find that they have been observed displaying those characteristics. Especially when approaching floating carrion like dead whales. It seems that sharks aren't 1 dimensional killing machines like the Entitled A...

Surfed the 8am advanced session this morning. As the other guys have said it’s excellent fun! Will definitely be going back. Next time I want to book 2 sessions with an hour rest between. Was bigger than I expected from videos, just a really fun playful size. The lip has a good bit of power to it b...

Re: The Tulla Tub

All the non professional videos ive seen on the place makes it look very unimpressive. Even on the barrel setting (advanced) its prone to lip spilling, chandeliers and close outs. Novelty wave at best. Doesn't look very enjoyable https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYvoMPAB3jU   yikes!
