Re: bonzers.....the quad fad is over

CI pay for that article? That article was written like the Bonzer was brand new. You had a 6'8" egg didn't you? Daily driver on the east coast? Or needed a good wave ? Should have enough for a newy next few months. Love eggs but just don't know about the bonzer thing as a daily driver compared to a...

Re: Midlengths

The twin keel fish craze of 10 plus years ago was a laughable sight to behold. Flocks of dweebs trying to surf uneven beach breaks on them  Machado makes them look good, problem is: I can't think of a less representative surfer than Rob Machado, he's about 45kilos dripping wet and a tiny littl...

Re: Midlengths

Yeah sorry go fish. Trad outline just not too wide and the tail is super thin. Waiting for the shop to put one on the try out rack

They have a Sunova fish, again super thinned out tail and low rail volume. Would suck if I liked that though, $$$$$$$$$ lol

Re: Midlengths

Abracadabra, the flashpoint narrow, flashpoint wide, V8, or silkpin. All look sweet as. I like how they have curve in the front half, wide enough but not super parallel in the nose. I've had mid lengths before with wide noses, but they've had curve in the front half. Best of both worlds, enough widt...

Re: Midlengths

I hadn't seen the red dingo before, thanks something else for me to obsess about!!! Tell me about it. Rented a small wave hybrid the last few days, 5'10". Floated me fine, and I caught waves no problem though the lack of surfing the last few years really showed lol, confirming the need for a nice m...

Yeh super flat ride that kind of snakes along off the back of a huge v-concave. So much fun but a bit limited

Yeah insane right.
Yep. I can see how they'd be hard for some people to get into. Unbelievable grovel boards I'm guessing but if you wanted to use the rails it'd be a little tricky! I'd love one lol. Place has a 5'6" wasp as a try out board, which was out. Might try it.

Re: Dvs Wasp

Holy shit. Just fondled some DVS boards. My goodness they are thick. Not just thick, bulbous thick. 6' micro would be shitballs fun in just about anything not pitching up to a bit overhead I reckon.
