Ribs, how long?

Ok so I got belted just under the sternum on the left side a few weeks ago sparring. Hurt bad for a few days but X-rays show no crack or break. Since then general movement is ok, and I've been light contact sparring this week. Sleeping on my side still is too uncomfortable and I sneezed this morning...

Good point on the rails. 50/50 rails on AR. Happy to PM some rail shots if it helps your purchasing decision. Friend of mine who weighs about 63 kilos rode mine and is buying one in the same dins. But still a really great point on the rails, he only rode in small surf, I'm not sure he could get big...
