Re: Quiksilver Pro France 2017

Hey there, Owen Wright. Sour grapes is never a good look Yeah. Neither is taking a bucketful of coke before the Pipe Masters and having a stroke but blaming it on a duck dive. The day that it happened Owen didn’t even paddle out. You've got pretty strong opinions about that incident jimmy. Don't kn...

Re: Quiksilver Pro France 2017

Totally. Some of those waves do a fair impression of wonky groundswell maroubra surf Those vids make it look like it could be one of god knows how many east coast beachies in a decent swell. I'd like them to show a reel of guys missing waves that suddenly fatten up, then turn around cop the set on ...

Re: Quiksilver Pro France 2017

Fat sections, and shifting peaks make it more relatable than flawless superbank.

Re: Inguinal hernia, anyone had surgery?

Unless I'm feeling 100% at 2 weeks I'll still probably wait a full month. I've pushed too hard before and it ended up costing me more time. That's way worse than just waiting that extra few weeks

Re: Inguinal hernia, anyone had surgery?

Bit of pain getting up and down but dressed and ready to go home. Can drive tomorrow and no heavy lifting for 2 weeks, just walking. Hopefully by the weekend I'll have no soreness.

Re: Inguinal hernia, anyone had surgery?

Had it this arvo, keyhole. In the room now, bit sore, not agony though. No painkillers just pain when I try to move around. Normal by all accounts. The nurse did a thorough job shaving me, the bottom of my stomach, top of my leg and all my pubes. The conversation while this was taking place was info...

Re: Galapagos.

If you have an interest in science it's amazing. Even if you don't, the scenery is great and the wildlife is totally unafraid and approaches you. I mean birds landing on you, sealions, marine iguanas and penguins and turtles playing with you while snorkeling. Tortoises and land iguanas walking acro...

Re: Josh Dowling Designs

Keep working through your rehab mate, you had back surgery, pretty serious shock to the body, it might take a while but just keep rehabbing.

Is yours direct or indirect?
I assume indirect as much more common.
What's the difference ? I can't feel mine, no bulge unless I really brace my abs like I'm about to do a heavy deadlift, then there's a small bulge but it goes away when I relax. I can brace my abs normally and can't feel it

http://i.imgur.com/em9VHEE.jpg Playing around in the garage. This coming Autumn I'm going to get this wet in a wave it deserves. Nothing crazy just a little overhead with some push and a fast wall. Thats my goal for next year. Don't care if I just race it down the line with no turn whatsoever, that...
