Re: car key safety?

You'll need to lock the door with the key and not the separate transponder. That means your alarm will not be activated but the car will be locked. Look in the glove box for a light grey key. It's called a valet key. 2001 Corolla's came with one. It will open the door but not the glove box.

I hate that shitty vagina but whenever I've seen it exponents really vagina I am left with no doubt about just how good they are. It's just a thing in certain vaginas. If the vagina gets up I bet they rip. Can't wait to watch it on vagina TV. No more shitty vaginas. Now, if they can just get the com...

I hate all that shitty skateboard style surfing but whenever I've seen it exponents really surf I am left with no doubt about just how good they are. It's just a contest thing in certain waves. If the swell gets up I bet they rip. Can't wait to watch it on Fuel. No more shitty webcasts. Now, if they...

Beautiful animals. You have to expect if you go into their domain there is every chance that you will be scratched. If you can't handle it then stay out of the lounge room.

Every father's nightmare. I wish I could help you. Every weekend I live in dread of the knock on the door. Unfortunately, to have sons of that age we are too old to do what we think we should do. All I can say is that you still have your son. As for the bouncer, it is surprising how many I have enco...

Re: bob mactavish wrongly credited

I think Nat and McTavish had to make radical physical changes to their boards after they got to Hawaii to make them work. I remember McTavish explaining to me one day at Keyo's how his boards were going to allow him to go vertical at Sunset and him drawing pictures of how each step in the manoeuvres...

Re: bob mactavish wrongly credited

I don't think that the average punter going in to a board maker or other place where boards were sold in late '66 or early '67 would order a short board. The only people surfing them were those involved in their making or those associated with the makers. Longboards lived on for some time after the ...

Re: bob mactavish wrongly credited

I think that back in years long ago there was much more of a connection between Brookie, Cronulla, Woolongong, Newcastle, Byron, the Goldie and the Sunshine Coast (and Victoria). Shapers and surfers seemed to effortlessly move between places and not get caught up in the 'one is better than the other...

Re: bob mactavish wrongly credited

I did not know that Kevin Platt had passed. He was a real good surfer and shaper and from the little interaction I had directly with him (he was a bit older than me and I was only on the fringe of that group) he was also a pretty good bloke. It blew me away when I saw him surf main beach (first poin...

Re: bob mactavish wrongly credited

I loved surfing Kevin Platt boards. They went so good. Most of the shrinkage happened at Keyo Surfboards in Brookie around late '66 ... and they were certainly not cutdown longboards. There was McTavish, Platt, Spencer, the Man (can't remember his name but I think he may have passed some time ago). ...

Re: bob mactavish wrongly credited

While Nat was living the high life in California for 10 months after his world contest victory, back home in Brookvale McTavish, Platt and a host of others were lopping length from the norm. Ted Spencer took things really short. I seem to remember Roger Jones riding 5-6ft boards at least a couple of...

You may well be correct Steve Shearer as I never saw it myself but he seems to think he was able to do them.
