Re: Nth NSW sharks. Can they p!ss off already?

And here’s what isn’t mentioned, that white sharks caught in the NSW system has increased by 2500% in the past three years, from an average on 6 to 150.

This because they added all the drumlines. So there’s a lil lesson in bs statistics.

Re: Nth NSW sharks. Can they p!ss off already?

It's worse, white sharks eat dolphins! And whales! They must be Japanese.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Super fun with pulses of 3-4' swell from the east and a bunch of little ones in between, I have a feeling the next two days are gonna be Splendid.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Nick has spent the last 40 years preparing himself for something great. All this knowledge and enthusiasm must not be wasted. He should be ready by now to apply his skills and this knowledge to produce a book, or maybe a movie script, that dramatises the incredible history of surfing and surfers fr...

Nick gets really funny about people not being invested in surfing as much as him.
Umm I know you are an adult learner and all d dog but you don’t have to be Mick fcuken Fanning to have heard about the huge structural changes over the past decade and a half to one of the world’s greatest waves.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Some of the Kirra footage looked great. but pre 2001 it seemed flawless. Now it seems there are sections where it can close out. Must be less (or too much) sand now or it’s stacked on a different angle? Hatchnam has this whole thing slipped by you unnoticed? Like really really? It’s been colossally...

If you wanna make your own voices heard, the best way is to go to the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority's website and follow the link to where you can register your thoughts on the environmental plan filed by Equinor.

Re: Just general surfing stuff

Hey does anyone know anybody in Norway? The Norwegian government's energy company Statoil, using a subsidiary known as Equinor, has announced its intention to begin exploration oil drilling in the Great Australian Bight within six weeks. People in those parts have been fighting proposals to drill in...

Re: Just general surfing stuff

I get worried when Nick says it will look like a full on spot. What’s your forecast for NSW, Nick? 8 - 10 foot from the north east? North of Coffs, Friday 4'+ from the east and NE, distinctly different swells; Saturday building swells from NE and ESE to 4-6'+; Sunday NE swell declining, more powerf...

Re: Just general surfing stuff

Beanpole, I think you should go to Crescent Head on the weekend, it might actually look like a full on surf spot, good winds too.
