Had 3 surfs today at the point. The early was about 4ft odd bigger one. The bank isn't that good but some fun ones. Surfed by myself through lunch and it really started to pulse. I just picked up this Mark Plater flying fish for 100 big ones. Light depressions on top. The glassed in soar fins and bottom are unblemished. Feels like a really solid board, great glass job. Try a trigger point ball/lacrosse ball into the tender muscles - probably TFL, Quads, all glutes and piriformis then you'll need to work on strengthening them all.

I know of a good home gym but you'll have to tracel a bit west.
