Re: Just general surfing stuff

There’s plenty who do it.

The same bus to work everyday to the same job to the same ground to support the same team. Over and over and over and over......

That’s how people grow old quickly. Routine.

Re: Just general surfing stuff

Of course there’s the issue of being a 40 something hanging at the park. To your point surfing is full of old blokes blowing waves.

Skaters are much better people. They aren’t totally driven by ego and greed. Plenty of gutters, rails and concrete

Re: Just general surfing stuff

Fred Rubble is a pretty nice choice for Sydney I reckon. Older design but so so fun.

That Chilli. Rounded pin, wonder if there would be enough give in the back end for the next 6 months. That’s a question not a statement.

Fairdinkum. The monorail of surfing.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

I surfed in shitty slop at Manly. Managed to get a few.

I was thinking about surf nobs as I was pushing off dead weak water.

Re: Midlengths

I think they are pretty soft up front but harden up early. Lower than medium. Think the wide point is half a foot up from the centre. Low entry, maybe a bit of roll for entry. Not completely sure to be honest. Ive picked up one quickly. I know a guy who has one and he looked the best he’s looked for...
